I got a check for $44,287.21 made out to ME!

I hope you are doing well.
I wanted you to know that all my hanging in there finally paid off in letting money work for me, instead of me working for money.  I closed on the deal last Thursday Feb. 12th, and today I got my check.  I have to tell you it was exciting to get a check with $44,287.21 made out to Rosanne Cellini.  I don't mean to overdo it, but this is the first time I have ever done something like this and also had this much money made out to me in a lump sum. 
I just had to tell you about it.  When I talked to you last, I asked you how you were, you said you were "Amazing"  Well, lately I have been feeling very amazing and positive.
